             Wayne is a very nice inspector to work with. If you had questions, he answered to the best of his ability. He checked many of the things that I didn't even think to look at when we toured the house with our realtor, and he also found stuff I didn't see when we toured,(door jams not totally square). I would highly recommend Wayne to anyone. He does a great job at a good price. Wayne doesn't make you feel stupid if you ask questions on something that could be simple to him, but different to you.
