FAQ Do you have lockbox access? Yes! We can access the home to be inspected through the SUPRA KEY lockbox. Should I attend the inspection? We highly recommend you attend if you can. Seeing first hand the working components and any defects will help you understand your new home. - Who really needs a Home inspection? Anyone purchasing a New or resale home should have it inspected. Allowing you to protect your investment and expose any hidden defects not visible when you and your Realtor walked the home.
- When will my report be available? We can provide you with an on site printed report the day of the inspection. That same day you and your Realtor will receive an email version.
- Why is your construction background important? Having the knowledge of actually building a home gives us the real life experience to help you better understand the home and its components.
Do you work on Sunday? Yes! We will gladly inspect your home on any day of the week that is convient for you. We make it easy to fit your schedule. Are you insured? Yes! We are fully insured beyond the State of Arizona's minimum coverage. - When does my inspection need to be completed? As soon as possible within the ten day inspection period allowing you time to discuss what is important for repair. (if needed)
- How many inspections have you performed? Since 2000 we have averaged around 400 inspections a year. (over 2000+)
- Why is the quantity so important? Experience is the key here. Your inspector could be just out of school performing inspection number one with only Book/Test experience. Field experience is surely the most important qualification for your investment.
